Updating DTEN Wifi drivers - Issue: DTEN Unable to connect to SHS wifi connection (Added on 6.18.25)
This article is for a DTEN issue where the DTEN is having trouble with connecting to any SHS wi-fi connection and/or wi-fi connection is not working at all.

1. Log into the ZoomAdmin Account
• Connect a USB keyboard to the blue USB port (top left) on the D7.
• Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select Sign Out.
• On the Windows lock screen, choose the ZoomAdmin account.
• Enter the password: Zoom1234.

2. Download the Driver (This step must be done in a different device with internet access)
• Open a web browser and go to the following link:
https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles/r0piw13w.exe
• If prompted, allow the download to complete.

3. Install the Driver
• Transfer the file to your DTEN device using a USB drive
• Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
• Wait for the installation to finish.

4. Restart the Device
